65th Annual Meeting

Our 65th Annual Meeting will be held  Tuesday April 17th 2012 at Rosalind Hills Baptist Church.  Registration starts at 6:30pm and the business meeting will begin at 7:00pm.  Members will be voting to fill two (2) positions on our board of directors.  Those positions are currently held by Jim Wilson and Andy Nash.  The elected members will serve a three year term on the Board of Directors.  If you wish to be nominated to serve on the Board of Directors you may do so by following the steps for nomination by petition as listed below. 

Nomination by petition is required by our credit union bylaws.  Petitions must be for one nominee by name, a brief biographical data sheet and a signed statement from the nominee accepting the nomination.  The nominee must be an eligible member of the credit union.  Petitions must be signed by a minimum of 20 credit union members age 16 or older.  Petitions must be received in the credit union office by 5:00pm on February 27, 2012. 

The nominating committee will make it’s report at the annual meeting and the general membership will vote at that time.  Nominations will not be accepted from the floor.

in the training theatre
